Christine graduated from UCLA, and studied with Sandy Meisner at the Neighborhood Playhouse, N.Y.C. She is a longtime member of SAG-AFTRA, AEA, and an invited member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. She is a seven-time participant in the Sundance Playwrights’ Lab; an award-winning teacher (UCLA Extension); a founding member of We Tell Stories and L.A.’s Classical Theatre Lab. She has been Acknowledged by the City of Los Angeles for her work in ARTREACH/Fred C. Nelles School for Boys, and at LMU. She was in the original cast of Zoot Suit (Mark Taper Forum) and La Posada Majica (South Coast Repertory). Other favorite roles include: “Antonio” in Merchant of Venice (LA Women’s Shakespeare Co.); “Spider Woman” in Murray Mednick’s The Coyote Cycle (Padua Hills Playwrights Festival); “Cassandra” in Steven Berkoff’s Agamemnon (Center Theatre Group); “Hermione” in A Winter’s Tale (Colorado Shakespeare Festival); “Suzanne” in Figaro Gets A Divorce (La Jolla Playhouse). Recently, she performed as “Gloria” in Octavio Solis’ Hole in the Sky (Circle X) and “Northumberland” in Richard II (Chase what Flies). She also performs a one-person show on the life of Cesar Chavez, called La Causa, for Living Voices. She has performed in both English and Spanish in Lorca’s Yerma, Blood Wedding and Mariana Pineda (Bilingual Foundation for theArts). Among her numerous screen credits are Undone (Amazon), 1600 Penn, Pretty Little Liars, Southland, House, Liar Liar, and 24. She is also an award-winning audiobook narrator.
